Regenesis©, products from Genesis BioHealth, all deliver vitamin K2-MK4 (menatetrenone) in a therapeutic amount compounded in a base of high-quality chelated magnesium.  The capsule dosage for both the Regenesis and Regenesis DA products is 0.5 mg/capsule.  This amount makes it convenient for an adjustable K2-MK4 intake in the 0.5-5 mg/day range, while the blended magnesium filler also provides a significant dose of highly absorbable magnesium at the same time.   Magnesium is needed by the body to affect many of K2-MK4's activation and execution functions.  Because of the need for these nutrients to work together, our package provides a potent and convenient combination that helps practitioners reduce the number of capsules they must purchase and manage, while also maximizing health impact and value at the same time.

The ability to adjust dosage in a flexible way is an important part of managing a changing physiological demand of MK4 over longer timeframes.  The ratio of K2-MK4 to magnesium in our products allows a user to easily adjust dosages as they move from initiation of a program to the regenerative and maintenance phases over time.  By using both the Regenesis and Magnesium products together, users can adjust the ratio of capsules to hit both the desired K2-MK4 and Magnesium dosages simultaneously.

Our Regenesis UL (Ultra-Low) and Regenesis TS (Therapeutic Strength) products also offer K2-MK4 in lower and higher dosage packages, respectively.  For those that are on a maintenance regimen, are sensitive to K2, and/or need a lower dose than average, we suggest the UL product at 0.1 mg/capsule.  On the other hand, for those who are not sensitive, want maximum therapeutic impact by dosing in the 1-45 mg/day range in an oil base, we suggest the TS product at 1 mg/drop.
